19 North Carolina Political Leaders Endorse Ron DeSantis for President
DeSantis now endorsed by over 250 state legislators across the country
TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – Governor Ron DeSantis continues to build nationwide support for his movement to retire Joe Biden and lead our Great American Comeback, as 19 North Carolina political leaders endorsed his campaign today. The governor earned the endorsements of 18 North Carolina legislators, giving him the support of 250 state legislators across the nation.
The support in North Carolina follows the slate of endorsements DeSantis received last week from South Carolina state legislators and the governor’s successful visit to the Tar Heel State earlier this month.
“Governor DeSantis is a principled leader, a protector of individual liberties, and the Left’s biggest nightmare,” North Carolina House Majority Leader John Bell said. “He will beat Joe Biden and usher in a Great American Comeback in which parents are empowered, our streets are safe, and our economy is booming once again.”
